8. Noreel White, ATH, St. Martin
There are plenty of playmakers on this list, but White is a player who can do it on both sides of the ball for the Yellowjackets. On offense, he had 1,109 all-purpose yards (650 receiving and 255 rushing) and 13 TDs, and on defense, White recorded 55 tackles and had three interceptions. In his final season, he will look to help turn around the program after it finished 3-8 in 2022.
