8. Hezekiah Millender, Jr., Desert Edge
Millender is the first Class of 2025 QB to appear on this list after an impressive sophomore campaign. The threw for 3,003 yards and 35 touchdowns to just seven interceptions in 2022. Millender has just one offer at the moment (Northern Arizona) but that number should balloon after a similar showing this fall.
