The state鈥檚 top prospect in the trenches, Westphal is an intimidating presence along the Huskies offensive line. The 6-foot-8, 330-pound tackle is a mountain of a man who helped open up running lanes and keep his quarterback clean for the 9-2 Tuscarora squad.
With prototypical size for an offensive lineman at the next level, Westphal is near the top of all the Class of 2024 Virginia seniors rankings as he ranks as highly as No. 5 in the state by and On3. Given his size and athleticism, Westphal held 39 scholarship offers from programs such as Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson and Georgia among others. He committed to the Florida Gators on July 10.聽
