4. Tyler Cherry, QB, Center Grove
Center Grove has produced some strong quarterbacks over the years, most recently with Tayven Jackson who is slated to start for the Indiana Hoosiers this fall. Cherry was the next star in the waiting as he took over as the Trojans鈥� starter last year, and is coming off a strong season in 2022 that saw him pass for 2,269 yards and 22 touchdowns with a 65% completion rate. The 6-foot-5 quarterback also proved he鈥檚 a winner, helping the Trojans to their third consecutive state championship victory last season. The in the Class of 2024, Cherry will look to lead Center Grove to a fourth straight state title before taking his talents to Duke next fall.
