1. Justin Scott, DL, St. Ignatius

For a second straight season, the St. Ignatius lineman enters the upcoming year as one of the state鈥檚 top defenders, following a junior campaign that included 42 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and both a forced fumble and fumble recovery. While Scott鈥檚 focus remains on the defensive line, the Wolfpack senior also started at left guard throughout the past year and helped the team average 326.7 yards a game. The Ohio State commit was named CCL-ESCC White Lineman of the Year and was a Class 6A all-state selection who should be primed for a similar run in 2023.
