LOS ANGELES (BVM) 鈥� The state of California is known for elite high school football talent and in particular, excellent quarterback play. Many of the state鈥檚 top signal callers have already signed to Power 5 programs 鈥� including the No. 1 player in California鈥檚 Class of 2024 鈥� and plenty of others remain uncommitted.

As fall approaches in The Golden State, here are the top 10 California quarterbacks heading into the 2023 high school football season.
