1. Justin Klinkner, Sr., Two Rivers聽
Last season Klinkner passed for the third-most TDs in the state (34), finishing behind Jerry Kaminski and Aidan Keyes. He also racked up 2,647 passing yards and finished with a 137.7 passer rating leading the Raiders to a 12-1 record but fell to Catholic Memorial in the playoffs. Klinkner is back for one last go-round and is looking to lead Two Rivers back to the state title game after the school won in the early 80s.
