10. Turbo Richard, RB, Northwestern High School聽
With Richard in the backfield, Northwestern made it all the way to the state championship last year. The running back rushed for 2,045 yards and 24 touchdowns while also being selected to the all-state team. In the state semifinals, he rushed for 160 yards and a touchdown on just 16 carries. Richard committed to Boston College in June.聽聽
