Bell – a three-star wide receiver – originally committed to the University of Washington in September 2022, but then de-committed in June. A few days later, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound receiver committed to the University of Arizona. During his junior season, Bell tallied 344 yards and five touchdowns on 33 catches for Liberty High School.聽
