Frazier is the first of a few Monarchs on this list as Mater Dei begins the season ranked No. 1 in the country for the fourth time since 2017. Ranked as the , the 5-foot-11, 208-pound Frazier rushed for 693 yards and nine touchdowns on 61 carries (11.4 yards per attempt) last season. The four-star recruit possesses the freakish athleticism and unreal speed that had powerhouse programs like Alabama, Oregon, USC and others interested in his services. Frazier, however, recently committed to the University of Georgia.
