9. Miles Lockhart, CB, Basha
Lockhart would likely be higher on the list of other states but his placement here speaks to the talent level of Arizona鈥檚 Class of 2024. The 5-foot-10, 185-pound cornerback has been busy for the Bears since he was a freshman and over the last three seasons, he鈥檚 racked up 169 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, seven interceptions and 38 pass breakups. Lockhart uses his 鈥渙ff-the-chart instincts鈥� and elite ball skills to make plays all over the field. The committed to Ohio State in July after receiving offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon, Texas A&M and others.
