4. Ricky Ortega, Coatesville (2016-19)
Ortega became an all-state honoree three times with the Red Raiders and was named聽 Pennsylvania high school player of the year as a senior. He also racked up 13,120 offensive yards, including 10,176 passing yards during his prep career. He originally played for Villanova, but on May 6, he announced he transferred to Central Connecticut University to continue his athletic career.
