6. Cecil Collins, Leesville (1993-95)
Collins led the Leesville rushing attack in the mid-90s. He earned the state of Louisiana’s 1995 Mr. Football award. Collins would tally 7,834 yards rushing as a high schooler. He’d continue his football career at LSU. The Miami Dolphins later chose him in the fifth round of the 1999 NFL Draft.
