2. Nick Brossette, University Lab (2010-14)
The 6-footer would launch his football career at University Lab. He notched 8,806 rushing yards as a high schooler. From there he moved to Baton Rouge and played four seasons at LSU. Brossette posted 1,039 yards and 14 TDs in 2018, both rated among the SEC leaders.
