Williams led Jefferson to a perfect season as a senior, capped off with a state championship. Over the entirety of his career there, he threw for 10,384 yards and 109 touchdowns. In his senior year alone, Williams had 56 passing touchdowns.聽
He spent his college career at Bethune-Cookman where he was a multi-year starter for the Wildcats.
