10. Chuck Taylor, Chicago Roosevelt (1980-83)
Taylor was a high school star in the Windy City and he could light up the scoreboard. He once scored 71 points . Taylor tallied 38.2 points per game in Chicago Public League play. He finished his high school career with 2,896 points. In 2008, he was inducted into the Roosevelt Sports Hall of Fame.
