3. Deshaun Watson
One of the kick starters of the recent run of quarterbacks from the state of Georgia, Watson shined during his tenure at Gainesville High School from 2010-13 as the spark behind the Red Elephants鈥� success. The 2013 Gatorade Georgia Football Player of the Year would put up historic numbers during his four-year career, totaling 13,077 passing yards to go along with a state record for total yards and total touchdowns at 17,134 yards and 218 touchdowns. Landing the status as the top quarterback in the state for the Class of 2014, Watson would go on to win a national championship at Clemson before moving on to his current run in the NFL.
