3. Ken Strong, FB (1929-47)
The 6-foot fullback was born in New Haven. He was an alumni of West Haven High School. Strong scored three first-team All-Pro awards in the 1930s, two with the Staten Island Stapletons, and his last with the New York Giants. In 1957, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
