The order of this list is determined by 鈥� 鈥渁 proprietary algorithm that compiles prospect 鈥榬ankings鈥� and 鈥榬atings鈥� listed in the public domain by the major media recruiting services. It converts average industry ranks and ratings into a linear composite index capping at 1.0000.鈥澛犅�
