9. Joe Kapp, QB (1967-70)
This former signal caller was from Santa Fe. He grew up in the state of California. Kapp went to Cal, where he starred for the Bears. The 6-foot-2 Californian started his pro career in the Canadian Football League. He would play his rookie NFL season at the age of 29. That experience helped him earn a Pro Bowl bid in 1969. Plus Kapp was voted AP NFL Offensive Player of the Week three times.
