The oldest entry on this list, Lee left his mark on Missouri high school football during his time at Kirkwood High School. He finished his career with a program-record 49 sacks on his way to first-team All-American honors. The 6-foot-5, 230-pound defensive end committed to powerhouse University of Florida.
Lee had a solid career with the Gators where he registered 109 tackles and eight sacks across 45 games with 15 starts. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2004 and spent a few seasons in the NFL.
