1. Justin Worley, Northwestern (2008-10)
Worley was the first high school athlete from South Carolina to be named a in a sport. The Northwestern quarterback earned the accolade by throwing for聽 5,315 yards and 64 touchdowns, which at the time of his graduation was a state record for touchdowns thrown in a single season. That year, he led the Spartans to a perfect record and state title. Worley went on to play at Tennessee and finished high school with 13,385 passing yards and 157 touchdowns.
