2. Josh Booty
The older brother of John David, Josh started off Evangel Christian鈥檚 run of 14 state championships from 1993-2016. Josh鈥檚 1993 state title win came during his senior season even though the Eagles quarterback missed the final four games of the campaign. He finished his prep career with 11,700 passing yards and 126 touchdowns, becoming one of the first ever high school quarterbacks to top 10,000 passing yards. With an impressive group coming out of the state in 1993, Booty saw most of the nationwide awards go to his Louisiana counterpart in Peyton Manning.
