10. Brett Millican, Parkview (1992-95)
Millican is the greatest running back in the history of an elite Parkview football program. He holds the school record with 6,923 yards. Millican also averaged 9.1 yards per carry throughout his high school career. He played four seasons at the University of Georgia afterward.
