1. Jake Browning
It鈥檚 hard to find anyone around the country who has matched the record highs that Browning worked towards during his time as the quarterback of Folsom High School. From 2012-14, Browning posted 16,775 career passing yards to go along with a senior season that saw the California native tie the all-time passing touchdowns record in a season with 91. In just three campaigns, the Bulldogs quarterback compiled a 44-2 record before heading off to play at the University of Washington.
