4. Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin聽
Ball had a four-year career with the Badgers, and from 2011-12 he was arguably the best running back in the country, helping Wisconsin make two consecutive Rose Bowl appearances. Also, in those two seasons, Ball rushed for a combined 3,753 yards, 55 touchdowns and won the Doak Walker Award given to the country鈥檚 best collegiate running back, and had what was then the FBS record for career rushing touchdowns (77).
