10 most impactful college players to withdraw from NBA draft
1. Zach Edey, C, Purdue
No returning player in the country is more critical than Edey coming back to Purdue. Last year鈥檚 Naismith National Player of the Year winner, Edey comes with a lot of high expectations as he averaged 22.3 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.1 blocks and 1.5 assists while leading the Boilermakers to a 1-seed in the NCAA Tournament.
With a 7-foot-4 frame, Edey is a physical marvel who proved he not only can be a stellar defensive presence, but a strong offensive weapon as well. Given Purdue鈥檚 high seeding last year and Edey鈥檚 performance a year ago, the fifth-year senior center could once again be in the running for national player of the year as the Boilermakers look to make a run for a national championship.
