Top 10 pitchers in the 2023 NCAA D-I baseball tournament
7. Andrew Walters, Miami
Walters hasn鈥檛 pitched quite as many innings as some on this list being a relief pitcher, but he has been one of the nation鈥檚 best when he enters the game. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound junior has gone 4-0 with a 1.08 ERA and 0.77 WHIP on the year, striking out 68 batters in over 41 innings pitched. Walters has been a big reason why Miami is 40-19 and finished second to Virginia in the Coastal Division of the ACC. Now, he will be a crucial part to the No. 9-ranked Hurricanes making their first College World Series appearances since 2016.
Andrew Walters was blowing doors in relief tonight to secure the win and (most likely) a regional host for the Canes 馃檶
