(BVM) 鈥� North Carolina became the 28th state to allow high school athletes to profit off of NIL when the North Carolina High School Athletic Association’s board of directors voted on the measure in early May. The new policy would require high school athletes to go through an NIL class that was developed by the National Federation of State High School Associations before they could begin to profit from name, image and likeness deals.聽
