1. George Mason
As previously mentioned, Tony Skinn was an assistant coach at Ohio State who left to join the Maryland program. After one year with the Terps, Skinn was hired at his alma mater George Mason where he has quickly reshaped the team through the transfer portal, adding three players already. If Skinn liked what he saw in Towns during his time in Columbus, perhaps he would be willing to add one more.
For Towns, he would reunite with a former coach and be able to join an up-and-coming team that just made it into the NCAA Tournament. If he鈥檚 able to return to his old self, Towns could also thrive against the Group of 5 competition the Patriots play against which could help him further return to form. If his relationship with Skinn is solid, Towns should strongly consider joining a George Mason program that is on the rise.
