The Utes quietly had an excellent season that saw them finish atop the Pac-12 (tied with Stanford) before falling in the Sweet 16 to the national champions (LSU) by one score (66-63). Of course, Lauren is a native of Salem, Utah and just hours after news of her transfer announcement broke, she followed a pair of Utes coaches (Gavin Peterson, Jordan Sullivan) and players (Kennady McQueen, Issy Palmer) on Instagram. Utah is one of the sport鈥檚 up-and-coming programs and Lauren could decide to help her hometown team take the next step.
