10 college softball storylines as postseason approaches
10. Sydney McKinney going out with a bang
As a freshman, McKinney hit .329 for Wichita State. This would wind up being her worst collegiate season. Every year she has gotten better and better and won the batting title in 2022 with her .522 average. McKinney has somehow cleared that high bar in her final season currently hitting .539, once again on pace for another batting title. She is also slugging at a .773 clip.
THEY JUST CAN'T STOP SYDNEY MCKINNEY smashes a 2-run shot to center for No. 5 of the season!
