Prior to his transfer to UConn, Alleyne was heavily pursued by the Seminoles. In fact, he even made a visit to Florida State before meeting with and ultimately committing to the Huskies.
Virginia Tech transfer Nahiem Alleyne tells me that he will visit UConn on Tuesday.

The Seminoles could use help, especially in the scoring department, after they lost two of their top three scorers to the transfer portal in guard Caleb Mills and forward Matthew Cleveland. With a clear need for scoring and experience, Florida State could attempt to make another run at Alleyne, a former rival who could help the team reach its NCAA Tournament goals.
