A finalist in Cleveland鈥檚 original college decision, Howard has a second chance at landing one of the top players from the Class of 2021, only adding to the impressive past few weeks from the Michigan staff. With Caleb Love already set to join the program, locking down another guard commit in Cleveland could be just what the Wolverines squad needs to return to the top of the Big Ten. Between the scoring prowess of the two, Cleveland provides an opportunity to bring in wing depth that will be missing if Jett Howard doesn鈥檛 return next season.
