Devan Cambridge enters transfer portal; Top 5 landing spots
5. West Virginia
With the projected loss of four of the team鈥檚 five starters, West Virginia is in need of guard help. While the team has already made a splash in the backcourt with the addition of Kerr Kriisa from Arizona, it could still use more depth and experience at the guard spot. This is where Cambridge could fit as a solid 1-2 punch alongside Kriisa.
As more of a primary scorer than Kriisa, Cambridge wouldn鈥檛 lose out on his usage rates and would likely benefit from a point guard such as Kriisa to set him up with open shots. Including the fact that Cambridge was originally recruited by head coach Bob Huggins and his staff as a member of the Class of 2019 and Cambridge could easily find a way to fit on the Mountaineers squad.
