Ryan Nembhard enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

The Tar Heels suffered arguably the biggest loss of the early offseason when junior guard Caleb Love entered the transfer portal. After a wildly disappointing season where North Carolina finished just 20-13 and seventh in the ACC, Armando Bacot announced that he will return for a fifth year but Love鈥檚 scoring (team-high 16.7 points per game) and playmaking (2.8 assists) will be sorely missed unless head coach Hubert Davis is able to lure Nembhard to Chapel Hill, North Carolina. If Davis and the Tar Heels want to ensure that last season鈥檚 disaster was a one-year fluke, landing Nembhard out of the transfer portal would be an excellent start.
