LJ Cryer enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots
5. Arkansas
Following the projected losses of Anthony Black and Nick Smith Jr. to the NBA draft, the Razorbacks will be in need of a couple of guards and Cryer could fit the bill perfectly. Though Arkansas will get incoming five-star freshman guard Layden Blocker, adding an experienced player like Cryer in the backcourt could pay dividends for the team next season.
In addition to Cryer鈥檚 experience, he would also help a need for the Razorbacks. This past season, Arkansas ranked No. 315 in the country in 3-point field goal percentage which was near the bottom of all college basketball. If they can add a player of Cryer鈥檚 caliber, it would go a long way of bringing that number back to relevancy.
