Top 10 New Jersey HS baseball players in Class of 2023
4. Luca Reyes, OF, Bergen Catholic
A 19-8 campaign had Bergen Catholic set for a real chance at a sectional title in 2022, but a disappointing loss against Seton Hall Prep ended those hopes early. Coming off the solid year, the Crusaders will have a lot to look forward to with many of their players returning. Of those to focus on is the lefty outfielder. Reyes will have a chance to follow up his stellar past season and help Bergen Catholic to a deeper playoff run in 2023. The 6-foot-2 senior finished his junior campaign with a .414 batting average and two home runs. With home run power, Reyes will look to add to his totals during his final campaign before he heads to play at Miami.
