听Cooley was drafted by the Arizona Coyotes, who used the No. 3 overall pick on him in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, and he鈥檚 lived up to the hype by recording 57 points, the second-most in the country, during his freshman season.听
Not only has he excelled on the collegiate level, but Cooley has accomplished much on the international stage, especially in the , where he recorded 14 points in seven games.听
Heading into the Frozen Four, Cooley is sure to keep up his high level of play and lead the Golden Gophers to their first national title since winning back-to-back titles in 2002 and 2003.听
