Joe Girard enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

A second-round NCAA Tournament exit was in the cards yet again for the Tigers who ended up with disappointing finishes to March Madness runs in consecutive seasons. Head coach Bruce Pearl has done a good job of bringing Auburn back into contention on a yearly basis but the goal is for better March results in 2023-24. With point guard Aden Holloway currently the only player set to join the program this upcoming year, Girard would become an instant upgrade for the team鈥檚 guard depth. The sharp-shooting guard would also impact the team鈥檚 lowly 3-point shooting numbers, which ranked in the bottom third of the nation over the previous year.
