5. Ken Daneyko, D (1983-2003)
Daneyko slipped on the red and white sweater for two decades, becoming a fan favorite. While there, he was touted as 鈥淢r. Devil鈥� and holds the franchise record for most games played by one player (1,283). He was also the second pick after the Devils moved from Colorado and helped the team win its three Stanley Cups. Daneyko also took home the Bill Masterton Trophy, an annual award given to the NHL player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey in 2000.
His No. 3 was retired in 2003 and he provides color commentary for Devils games.
