There is a lot of high school baseball talent in the Hoosier State this spring, but Clark is head and shoulders above the rest of the pack. Currently, the Franklin senior is the top-rated high school player in the country, and . Before that, the Vanderbilt commit will be looking to finish his high school career strong this spring at Franklin. Last season as a junior, Clark hit an incredible .577 with nine home runs, 32 RBIs and 41 runs scored. Although he is primarily an outfielder, Clark also went 2-0 on the mound last season with a 0.44 ERA and 39 strikeouts. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound standout earned his second consecutive Gatorade Player of the Year award as a junior, following a sophomore season in which he hit .450 with six home runs. Clark is one of the best players Indiana has seen, and could turn into a household name in the pros someday.
