6. Marty Coyne, LHP, Tower Hill
Coyne is rated No. 7 in Delaware’s Class of 2023 by Perfect Game. The 6-foot-1 senior secured first-team all-state honors last year. The left-hander moves on to the University of Pennsylvania once he graduates.
