5 college basketball coaches that could be on the move
Micah Shrewsberry, Penn State
Not many teams impressed more than Penn State did throughout the 2022-23 campaign. Led by Shrewsberry in his second season, the Nittany Lions achieved something the program had not been able to do in some time with their last NCAA Tournament appearance coming in 2011. Behind a 23-14 season, Shrewsberry guided Penn State to one of its deepest conference tournament runs before eventually leading to a first-round NCAA Tournament win and second-round appearance. Following an inconsistent tenure under head coach Pat Chambers and Jim Ferry, Shrewsberry has helped not only steady the ship, but prove that he has a grasp on an ever-changing basketball landscape.
