No. 6 TCU vs. No. 11 Arizona State/Nevada
Every year the tournament has a handful of breakout stars. TCU guard Mike Miles could be one of those guys. For those who keep up with the Horned Frogs or the Big 12 conference, you are already familiar with him. He averaged 17.3 points with 1.2 steals this season and has the capability to take over a game at any moment. He can lead Texas Christian a long way.
Nevada is the more intriguing team from this play-in game. Despite a poor finish to the year, Wolf Pack finished as one of the better teams in the tough Mountain West Conference. If they manage to get past the Horned Frogs, maybe they wind up being a sleeper team.
