Top 10 Pennsylvania HS baseball players in Class of 2023
5. Miguel Hugas, RHP, Shaler Area
An Alabama commit, Hugas sports a fastball that ranges from 90-93 miles per hour and isn’t big on contact. From the outfield, he’s thrown with a velocity of 102. It’s possible he follows in the footsteps of his cousin and former Titans teammate, Bryan Rincon, who was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies last summer.
Miguel Hugas (‘23, Pa.)- commit w/ 5 Ks in 4 IP. FB up to 94, sitting 90-92 w/ CB 71-73 & CH 82-84. Big arm w/ 3-pitch mix. 61% strike rate.
