Keyshawn Bryant shows off dunking ability against rival UCF

TAMPA, Fla. (BVM) 鈥 While the NBA鈥檚 dunk contest ended this past weekend, University of South Florida fifth-year player Keyshawn Bryant clearly didn鈥檛 get the memo. That鈥檚 because the guard threw down not one, not two, not three, but four highlight dunks in the Bulls鈥 82-75 win over the University of Central Florida.

With such a bevy of emphatic jams, it comes as no surprise that Bryant鈥檚 plays made their way around social media.

As he garnered so much attention from his dunks, Bryant earned multiple spots on ESPN鈥檚 鈥淪portscenter鈥 top 10 plays list. Two of his dunks were featured, one ranking at No. 4 and the other at No. 2.

The fifth-year guard鈥檚 play above the rim is nothing new for Bulls fans. During his season at South Florida, Bryant has averaged the fourth-most points on the team at 9.5 while pulling off multiple jaw-dropping dunks for the crowd.

Florida basketball fans should be used to Bryant鈥檚 abilities with the basketball as well. A native of Winter Haven, Fla., Bryant starred at Winter Haven High School where he was a four-star prospect in the Class of 2018, as one of the top players in the state. During his senior season, the small forward averaged 22.5 points and 8.2 rebounds while leading his team to the state tournament.

Instead of staying home, Bryant signed with the University of South Carolina. Bryant spent his first four seasons with the Gamecocks, averaging 9.9 points and 4.3 rebounds over 98 games. Much like he has done at USF, Bryant put a package of highlight reel dunks together while playing for South Carolina.

Now with the Bulls, Bryant has done all he can to draw attention to both his program and himself as he prepares for a career at the professional level following the season. Given his solid play and impressive dunking ability, expect the former four-star prospect to land on his feet somewhere. Who knows, maybe fans may even see him in the NBA dunk contest someday.
