8. Brandon Swanson, 3B, Faith Lutheran
Swanson is the first of two Faith Lutheran seniors to crack the top 10 after helping the Crusaders to a standout campaign in 2022. While Bishop Gorman and Basic Academy have registered much of the buzz in the state, Swanson and his Faith Lutheran teammates helped take down the top-ranked teams during the past season. Following a successful year at the plate that included a .398 batting average, the 6-foot third baseman and Southern Nevada commit has the Crusaders primed for another run at the 5A state championship.
