Top 10 California high school baseball players in Class of 2023
10. Casey Borba, 3B, Orange Lutheran
The Lancers are the 20th-ranked team in the nation by MaxPreps despite losing six starters from last season to graduation. Borba was a MaxPreps Junior All-American a year ago and batted .353 with 29 RBIs, four doubles and six home runs. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound senior has been committed to Texas since 2021 and competed in the USA Baseball 2022 Prospect Development League. Borba was in California鈥檚 Southern Section and is one of the best at his position in the country.
