Nkemdiche is one of five players all time to have a perfect 1.0000 rating, joining the ranks of Jadeveon Clowney, Vince Young, Rashan Gary and Ernie Sims. He played as a defensive end and running back at Grayson, posting 41 career sacks in his high school career. After earning the Defensive Player of the Year award his senior year, Nkemdiche would go on to commit to Ole Miss where he would total 16 sacks in three seasons. The top-rated defensive lineman would hear his name called during the opening round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He went on to play in the league for five seasons before starting his next chapter on the football field in the USFL in 2023.
